Leah Chmielewski

Leah is an experienced strategic planner, business developer, program manager, and process improvement leader. Her background includes over 20 years in both federal government service and high tech research and development. She has written proposals resulting in over $40M in awards.

She applies her experience in business development, operations, contingency planning, research and development, test and evaluation, proposal writing, performance management, business development, risk management, customer relationship management, program management, and process improvement from both public and private sectors to identify opportunities, devise plans and strategies, write competitive proposals and execute for success.

Leah is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, has received multiple awards from the Department of Defense, is a fluent german speaker, and an avid rock climber.
